DEMO DAY 2018
On May 10th, 2018, Widherco took part in Haas’s Demo Day.
On the occasion of the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix, the American manufacturer Haas held a fantastic event at its venue in Montcada i Reixac, Barcelona, which was attended by numerous clients, partners and even vocational training schools.
Widherco was invited to this meeting, where they had the opportunity to show some of the latest novelties of the brands they represent, such as Widia, Iraupen/Urma, Ecorroll, Dümmel and Lang.
During the whole day the attendants were able to witness ongoing demonstrations of all this range of tools working under demanding conditions on different Haas machines and, thus, observe by themselves the excellent combination of tools and machines. Moreover, the attendants could hold the tools in their hands so as to personally discover the technical evolution of each one of them.
The event finished in the evening, when two official pilots of the Haas F-1 Team, Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen, the team’s director, Guenther Steiner, and other members of it raffled among the clients attending the event some merchandising items of the Haas F-1 Team, some customised and signed presents, and VIP passes for the GP.
