TECHNICAL TRAINING ON WIDIA PRODUCTS
On April 18th, Widherco’s staff and other Widia national dealers attended a technical training on the new products by Widia. This German manufacturer of carbide tools and machining systems introduced its latest novelties in the Basque Country, Spain.
The training was held at Zamudio’s technological park and it combined theory sessions on the new Widia products together with practical workshops that took place at the new generation 5-axis multitask centre of Ibarnia, a Basque manufacturer. We could observe firsthand the under pressure work of these processing systems machining different stages of a block of stainless material.
